About RED.
Health RED.
Health is India's largest emergency response company, built on a simple but urgent truth: in a medical emergency, every second determines the outcome — and for too long, patients in India have been navigating those moments largely alone. India faces one of the most pressing pre-hospital care crises in the world. With over 1.5 million road accident deaths and countless cardiac, stroke, and trauma emergencies every year, the gap between the moment an emergency occurs and the moment a patient reaches definitive care is often the difference between life and death. Unorganised ambulance services, inconsistent clinical standards, and the absence of real-time coordination have historically made that gap wider — and more dangerous — than it needs to be. RED.
Health was founded to close it. Starting in 2015, RED.
Health set out to build what India's emergency ecosystem had never had: a technology-driven, clinically rigorous, and accountable pre-hospital care network. Today, the company operates a fleet of over 450 ambulances across a network of 5,000 partners pan-India, offering Ground, Train, and Air Ambulance services — covering everything from critical ICU-to-ICU transfers to long-distance patient repatriation. The company's proprietary HeartbeatX technology ensures ambulances are dispatched in under 5 minutes, with real-time visibility across every case, every vehicle, and every shift. In 2023, RED.
Health became the first EMS company in India to receive both ISO 9001:2015 and NABH EMS certifications simultaneously — a benchmark that reflects the clinical rigour and operational discipline the company holds itself to. RED.
Health operates on three values — Speed, Empathy, and Reliability — not as aspirational statements, but as the operating principles behind every dispatch decision, every crew deployment, and every hospital relationship the company builds.

About the Role
The Hospital Relationship Manager is RED.
Health's most critical frontline position. This is not a traditional sales role — it is a hospital embedded, relationship-first, revenue-driving function that requires equal parts clinical awareness, interpersonal skill, and operational discipline. You will be physically present inside your assigned hospital every shift, running structured rounds across the Emergency Department, ICUs, surgical wards, and every other key department. Your job is to ensure that when a doctor, nurse, or discharge planner thinks of ambulance services,

they think of RED.
Health — and they think of you by name. This role demands someone who thrives on human connection, takes personal ownership of their numbers, and does not need to be pushed to show up. If that describes you, this is one of the most impactful field roles in Indian healthcare today. What You Will Own Your accountability is organised across three core areas: Revenue Generation
• Drive daily trip volumes and revenue from your assigned hospital accounts by converting relationships into referrals
• Proactively identify transfer opportunities — discharge patients, ICU-to-ICU referrals, post-surgical transport, and NICU cases
• Monitor your pipeline throughout the shift and flag shortfalls early — never wait until shift end to report a problem Hospital Relationship Management
• Build and maintain genuine, trusted relationships with CSOs, Medical Officers on Duty, ER managers, ICU consultants, discharge planners, and billing staff
• Complete 8 structured floor rounds per shift across all departments — MICU, ICCU, Neurology, Surgical wards, ED, Mortuary, and Marketing
• Meet at least 3 different doctors every day; grow a referral network that expands every week On-Ground Operations
• Manage shift handovers, wallet monitoring, revenue reporting, and client WhatsApp group communications
• Be the single point of accountability for everything that happens at your hospital — no caveats, no exceptions What We Are Looking For We hire for disposition, not just experience. The best HRMs come from backgrounds where daily field presence, relationship building under pressure, and personal accountability were non-negotiable. Here is what that looks like: Background Medical Representative, BFSI field sales (credit cards, insurance), telecom or D2H territory sales, edtech or Health-tech field executives. Hospital or diagnostic centre experience is a strong plus. Experience 1–3 years in a daily-visit, target-driven, field sales role. Freshers with zeal to work in Sales welcomed. Education Any graduate.

Science or life sciences background preferred. The candidate should have a sales instinct Language Fluent in the local language of the city you are deployed in. Working knowledge of Hindi or English depending on hospital environment. Physical Comfortable standing and walking for a full 10–12-hour shift. Personality High warmth, affectionate, rejection-resilient, structured, self-starting, and mildly competitive. You take personal pride in completing things. You are someone who can greet a customer with warmth, persuasive & converts lead into sales. Why Join RED.
