BizConnect Events is a corporate event management company delivering conferences, exhibitions, product launches and brand experiences across India and internationally, with clients including Hitachi, LG, Philips and JSW Group. Our digital and immersive technology wing, XploR BizConnect, specialises in AR/VR experiences, 3D product modelling, virtual environments, animation, digital twins and interactive training solutions. We’re looking for a skilled 3D Artist with a strong focus on product modelling and environment creation for AR/VR, along with the ability to support event and exhibition design.

Key Responsibilities
• Create accurate 3D product models from photographs, technical drawings and reference files.
• Build immersive environments, virtual spaces and assets for AR/VR experiences.
• Develop UV layouts, textures, PBR materials and lighting.
• Optimise models for real-time applications using low-poly modelling, retopology, texture baking and LODs.
• Prepare and export assets for Unity,



Unreal Engine and web-based AR/VR platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate models and environments into interactive applications.
• Support event projects with stage designs, exhibition stalls, venue layouts and realistic renders.
• Manage revisions and deliver work within project timelines. Skills & Requirements
• 3–4 years of professional experience in 3D modelling and environment creation.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Maya or Blender—strong working knowledge of at least one is essential.
• A strong portfolio showcasing product models and 3D environments, preferably for AR/VR or real-time applications.
• Good understanding of topology, scale, proportions, texturing and asset optimisation.
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine workflows; knowledge of GLB/glTF formats is an advantage.
• Event and exhibition design experience will be an added advantage.
