Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive Talent Acquisition role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection processes for both corporate and outlet-level positions. The Senior Executive will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions. Responsibilities include driving employer branding initiatives, maintaining a strong talent pipeline,



and leveraging digital platforms and networks to attract candidates. The role also covers collaborating with HR on onboarding, tracking recruitment metrics, and continuously improving hiring processes in line with Mirah Hospitality’s people-first culture. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, including end-to-end recruitment management and stakeholder coordination.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and represent the brand professionally.
• Candidates should possess Employer Branding capabilities, including experience promoting the organization on social media, career platforms, and industry networks.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience in hospitality or service-sector recruitment is preferred.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with ATS/recruitment tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
