Role DescriptionThe Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based strictly in Mumbai, responsible for transforming raw footage, AI-generated visuals, dialogue, music, and sound effects into polished, engaging content. Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory. This role involves collaborating closely with directors, writers, AI prompt artists, and post-production teams to edit AI-generated movies, short films, multi-part series, promos, trailers, and branded content. The Video Editor will translate scripts and creative briefs into cohesive sequences, ensuring strong storytelling, effective pacing, smooth transitions, and visual continuity. Daily responsibilities include organizing footage and project files, assembling rough cuts, refining edits based on feedback, synchronizing dialogue and audio, incorporating music and sound effects, performing basic color correction, and adding titles and subtitles where required.



The role also involves identifying inconsistencies in AI-generated footage, coordinating revisions with the creative team, and preparing final exports according to platform and delivery requirements. Qualifications
• Mandatory proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with hands-on experience editing complete projects from raw assets to final delivery.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, with an understanding of pacing, rhythm, shot selection, scene construction, and emotional impact.
• Ability to translate scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs into engaging cinematic sequences.
• Experience editing short films, episodic content, promos, trailers, commercials, or digital videos.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of color correction, audio cleanup, dialogue synchronization, sound design, and audio mixing.
• Ability to maintain character, scene, visual, and narrative continuity across episodes and multi-part projects.
• Familiarity with video formats, codecs, frame rates, aspect ratios, and export settings for different platforms.
• Solid organizational skills, including structured project files, media management, version tracking, and delivery of editable projects.
• Attention to detail and the ability to incorporate feedback while meeting production deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset and comfort working with creative and AI production teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with AI-generated footage and familiarity with Adobe After Effects are added advantages.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating editing and storytelling ability. Eligibility and Location Requirements

• Applicants must currently reside in Mumbai.
• Full-time attendance at our Mumbai office is mandatory. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
