About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Growth Marketer to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion optimization, and overall business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, performance campaigns, analytics, and growth strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and generate measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive business growth, customer acquisition, and lead generation.
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with content, SEO, design, and sales teams to improve marketing performance and lead quality.
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, email campaigns, and calls to action to improve conversions.
• Optimize marketing funnels to increase lead conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
• Develop and execute email marketing, remarketing, and customer engagement campaigns.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and ROI.
• Use analytics and CRM tools to monitor campaign performance and improve lead nurturing processes.
• Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and market research to identify current growth opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Experiment with new marketing channels, strategies, and tools to achieve sustainable growth. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, digital marketing,



or performance marketing.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of SEO, landing-page optimization, marketing funnels, and lead-generation strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize activities based on business impact. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, technology, or lead-generation businesses.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation workflows.
• Understanding of SEO content strategy and organic growth channels.
• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, dashboards, or business intelligence tools is an added advantage. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
