We are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo / Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Functional SME to support enterprise asset and maintenance management processes for our client, Target – Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL). ?

5–10 Years ? Budget: ₹80,000–₹90,000 per month ?️ Domain: Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) ? Reporting To: Lead Equipment Engineer – EAM Software

Key Responsibilities
• Provide functional expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) and support out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionality decisions.
• Support process standardization, pilot programs, and enterprise-wide rollout activities.
• Monitor operational metrics, dashboards, and data integrity.
• Support spare-parts inventory management and maintenance workflows.
• Provide day-to-day EAM operational support across GSCL sites.
• Identify and differentiate process gaps, training needs, configuration issues, software defects, and capability limitations.




• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive MAS adoption and continuous improvement. Must-Have Skills✅ 5–10 years of experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software, preferably IBM Maximo / MAS. ✅ Strong functional understanding of asset and maintenance management processes. ✅ Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis capabilities. ✅ Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and identify root causes. ✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. ✅ Ability to work independently with remote supervision. Valuable-to-Have Skills
• Experience in supply chain, warehouse, or facilities operations.
• In-depth knowledge of Maximo Application Suite out-of-the-box functionality.
• Experience supporting enterprise pilots, rollouts, and process standardization.
• Relevant associate's or bachelor's degree. •
