About the Role
We are expanding our retail and distribution network across India, including flagship stores, experience centres and dealer outlets. We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to build and manage our digital advertising activities, improve brand visibility and generate customer enquiries. This will be our first dedicated marketing role, offering an opportunity to take ownership of campaigns and grow along with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Instagram,



Facebook and Google.
• Generate customer enquiries through WhatsApp, lead forms, calls and other digital channels.
• Run location-specific advertising campaigns for stores, experience centres and dealers.
• Use AI tools, Canva and existing brand assets to develop basic advertising creatives and campaign variations.
• Coordinate with freelance designers or creative agencies for more advanced requirements.
• Work with the sales and dealer teams to track enquiries and conversions.
• Manage advertising budgets, monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Help develop the company's digital marketing capabilities as the business expands.
• Candidate Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Practical experience managing campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Demonstrated experience generating customer leads through paid advertising.
• Comfortable using AI-based creative tools and Canva for basic ad creation.
• Good understanding of targeting, advertising budgets and performance reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
• Experience with retail, consumer products, appliances or showroom-based businesses is an advantage.
• Preferred: Candidates from digital marketing agencies who have personally managed advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
