Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in the Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur Metropolitan Region. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, explaining Cryovault’s stem cell storage services, and nurturing relationships with families, healthcare providers, and partner organizations. The Sales and Marketing Executive will plan and implement marketing campaigns, conduct field visits, organize presentations and awareness programs, and support promotional activities both online and offline. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, tracking leads and conversions, preparing reports,



coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and representing the brand at events and medical forums. Qualifications
• Sales and client engagement skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and relationship management.
• Marketing and promotional skills, such as campaign planning, event coordination, and basic digital and social media marketing.
• Communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain medical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Organizational and reporting skills, including maintaining records, preparing sales and marketing reports, and using CRM or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or similar domains is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort with field work in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and willingness to travel locally as needed.
