• Set the social media strategy, content pillars and tone of voice across all platforms
• Write and maintain our content policy and brand guidelines for social
• Run a monthly content calendar
• Monitor trends, competitors and customer questions to keep content relevant Content Creation
• Plan, film and edit short form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) plus photography and graphics
• Work with employees to get them on camera, and coach them to feel comfortable doing it
• Host Instagram Lives, Q&As; and help promote webinars and open evenings
• Add captions to every video and alt text to images
• Keep an organised asset library of footage, templates and consent records Community and DMs
• Manage DMs and comments across all platforms within agreed response times
• Pass enquiries to the right team quickly
• Moderate comments, remove misinformation and handle negative feedback calmly
• Encourage and respond to Google and Trustpilot reviews Essential
• Grow reach, engagement and followers across platforms




• Track how social activity turns into enquiries and consultations
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok within budget
• Build partnerships with ambassadors, creators etc
• Report monthly on performance with clear recommendations About you Essential
• 2+ years managing social media for a brand, ideally in healthcare, wellness or another regulated sector
• A portfolio of short form video you have filmed and edited yourself
• Confidence with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut, and design tools such as Canva
• Strong writing skills with a warm, clear and empathetic tone
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, TikTok and social analytics
• Valuable judgement with sensitive conversations and confidential information
• Organised and self-directed, able to plan ahead and deliver to deadlines Desirable
• Paid social experience on Meta and TikTok Ads
• Experience running influencer or ambassador partnerships
• Comfortable presenting on camera yourself
