4-6 Years Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor with strong expertise in motion graphics, visual storytelling, and AI-powered creative tools. In this role, you will lead post-production for influencer campaigns, brand films, Digital Video Commercials (DVCs), and digital-first content, transforming creative concepts into high-quality, engaging visual experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, advanced editing skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools to push creative boundaries, improve workflows, and deliver impactful content for leading brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end video editing and post-production for influencer campaigns, DVCs, product films, brand films, and social media content.
• Create advanced motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to elevate storytelling and visual appeal.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for video generation, visual enhancement, voiceovers, subtitles, animation, and creative workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with creative strategists, producers, and content teams to translate campaign concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Ensure high standards of visual quality, brand consistency, and storytelling across all deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Take ownership of creative execution, review edits, and provide constructive feedback to junior editors.
• Stay ahead of emerging video formats, AI tools, editing techniques,



and digital content trends to bring fresh ideas to the team. Required Qualifications & Skills
• 4-6 years of professional experience in video editing, post-production, and motion graphics.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Pika, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, colour grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Proven experience working on influencer marketing campaigns, branded content, DVCs, and digital-first video formats.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently deliver polished, engaging, and high-quality videos.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, project management, and communication skills.
• A robust portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creative work.
