Role Description The Security Training Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing security training programs for guarding and facilities staff, including induction training, refresher courses, and specialized modules aligned with client requirements and industry standards. The role involves conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, updating curricula to reflect evolving risks and regulations, and ensuring adherence to global safety and security protocols. The Security Training Manager collaborates closely with operations teams, client stakeholders, and HR to identify skill gaps, schedule training, and maintain accurate training records. The role also includes mentoring trainers,



promoting a culture of safety and vigilance, and supporting audits and certifications related to training and compliance. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in security operations, risk assessment, and compliance with national and global safety and security standards.
• Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, including classroom and on-the-ground practical training.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train diverse teams and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple training schedules and locations within a quick-paced operational environment.
• Knowledge of facilities management and guarding practices, preferably gained in large-scale or multi-location security organizations.
• Demonstrated capability in report writing, documentation, and maintaining accurate training and compliance records.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools for training delivery and tracking (e.g., MS Office, learning management systems, online training platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Security Management, Criminology, Management, or related discipline) or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in security or training roles, with a focus on people development and performance improvement.
• Ability to work on-site across locations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region as required and travel occasionally to other branches or client sites.
