JOB DESCRIPTION
"4–8+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience, with 2+ years of hands-on CSM Module Development & implementation experience.
• Design, configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow CSM solutions.
• Participate in the complete implementation lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure FSO capabilities including Financial Data Model, case management, disputes, client lifecycle, banking/insurance processes, and related workflows.
• Develop using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies. Servicenow Business Analysis Rest API's Microservices
