About the Role
King of Cards is looking for an organized, proactive, and responsible Executive Assistant to support daily operations, team coordination, documentation, and administrative activities. Roles and Responsibilities
• Coordinate with photography, videography, and graphic design teams.
• Follow up on pending tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Maintain Excel and Google Sheets trackers, reports, and task updates.
• Organize digital files, documents, project folders, and work schedules.
• Assist with daily administrative activities and task management.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Maintain records of ongoing projects and completed tasks.
• Use Canva for basic design edits, resizing, and simple creative adjustments when required.
• Assist in preparing presentations, documents,



and basic visual materials.
• Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned. Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Canva is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow up on tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in administration or coordination is an advantage. Job Details
