Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ticket Sales Representative role based in Srinagar. The Ticket Sales Representative will assist customers with booking domestic and international tickets for flights, buses, trains, and tour packages, ensuring accurate and timely reservations. Responsibilities include providing fare information, explaining travel options, handling customer inquiries, and processing payments using company systems. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of schedules, promotional offers, and travel regulations, as well as resolving basic customer issues and coordinating with internal teams when necessary.



The representative will be expected to maintain clear records of bookings and deliver a courteous, efficient service experience for all customers. Qualifications
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally in person and over phone or digital channels.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using booking software, payment systems, and common office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservations, payments, and travel documentation.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple customer requests and tasks during peak periods.
• Previous experience in ticketing, travel agencies, hospitality, or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site in Srinagar and collaborate effectively with local and remote team members.
• Knowledge of common travel routes, tourism services, or regional destinations is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; additional training in travel or tourism is a plus.
