Our mission is to enhance the hospitality and travel experience by employing cutting-edge technology and AI-driven solutions. We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who is an expert in campaign setup, tracking, optimisation, and performance marketing, not just social media posting.

Key Responsibilities
& Required Expertise
• Google Ads: Search, Display, Performance Max, keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Meta Ads: Facebook & Instagram Ads, campaign structure, audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
• SEO: On-page SEO, technical SEO basics, keyword research, competitor analysis, internal linking, meta tags, schema markup, and Google Search Console.
• Analytics & Tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), event tracking, and UTM parameters.




• Performance Marketing: ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and budget allocation.
• Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Landing page optimisation, lead funnels, and conversion improvement.
• Reporting: Performance dashboards, campaign analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
• Content Marketing: SEO blogs, content planning, and keyword-driven content strategy.
• Marketing Automation: Lead nurturing, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns, and CRM integrations.
• ASO (App Store Optimisation): Useful for improving Homeyhuts mobile app discoverability.
• AI Marketing Tools: Using AI tools for ad copy, keyword clustering, creative variations, and campaign analysis. Must-Have: Strong practical expertise in setting up campaigns and conversion tracking correctly from scratch. We need someone who understands the technical details of ad platforms and can independently execute, troubleshoot, and optimise campaigns.
