Job Purpose: To expand the hotel portfolio by identifying potential properties, building relationships with hotel owners, and securing management contracts or lease agreements.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify hotel acquisition opportunities through owners, brokers, consultants, and industry networks.
* Evaluate properties, conduct site visits, and assess business potential.
* Prepare feasibility reports and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
* Negotiate commercial terms and finalize management contracts or lease agreements.
* Coordinate approvals, due diligence, and contract execution.
* Maintain the acquisition pipeline and achieve hotel signing and room addition targets.
