About the Role
Sigma Solve Limited is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and software development positions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical sourcing skills, an understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
• Recruit for positions including Full Stack Developers, AI Engineers, Python Developers, Java Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and other IT professionals.
• Schedule technical interviews and coordinate with interview panels for timely feedback.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer releases, follow-ups, and joining confirmations.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and build talent pools for current and upcoming requirements.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate ATS/HRMS records and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
• Monitor hiring targets, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and joining ratios.




• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve hiring challenges and improve recruitment efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT or technical recruitment.
• Good understanding of software development technologies and technical job requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong resume screening, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tracking systems.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up skills, ownership, and a results-oriented approach. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
