Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Reportero role based in Nagaram. The Reportero will research, gather, and verify information to produce accurate and timely news reports and feature stories relevant to the company’s audiences. Daily responsibilities include conducting interviews, attending events or press briefings, and developing story ideas that align with organizational priorities. The role involves writing clear, engaging news content,



integrating multimedia elements where appropriate, and collaborating with editors and other team members to refine and publish reports. The Reportero is expected to maintain ethical reporting standards, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced news cycles while contributing to consistent, high-quality coverage. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Reporting and News Writing skills, with the ability to research, verify facts, and develop compelling stories.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing abilities for interviews, article drafting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Multimedia skills, including familiarity with digital tools for audio, video, or visual content to support and enhance news coverage.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, ethical judgment, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant experience in journalism, media, or communications, and a diploma or degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English and local languages, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in office in Nagaram are advantageous.
