The platform provides end-to-end guidance across test preparation, profile building, admissions, education loans, and student visas. AdmitKard focuses on simplifying complex international education processes through technology and expert counseling. The company’s mission is to help students not only secure admissions but also successfully complete their academic journey overseas. Role Description This is a full-time remote role focused on business development for education loan services at AdmitKard. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective students who require education loans, explaining loan options, and guiding them through the application process. The team member will build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and loan partners, negotiate and coordinate offerings, and ensure smooth communication between students and lenders. Daily tasks include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and digital channels, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking conversions,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve loan-related processes and student experience. The role also requires staying updated on education loan products, eligibility criteria, regulatory guidelines, and market trends relevant to international education financing. Qualifications
• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and conversion tracking.
• Customer service and counseling skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and empathetically.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and education loans, including eligibility, documentation, and regulatory considerations.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms for remote collaboration and data management.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field; experience in education loans, banking, NBFCs, or ed-tech is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet targets, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of integrity and compliance.
