Job Brief: We are seeking for an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, audit, taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, and MIS. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing the finance and accounting functions of a diversified group of companies across multiple business entities with strong knowledge of Ind AS, ERP systems, and financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting:
· Manage complete accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.
· Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
· Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements.
· Perform ledger scrutiny, account reconciliations, and balance sheet schedules.
· Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (Ind AS preferred). Audit & Finalization:
· Independently handle statutory audit, tax audit, internal audit, and other regulatory audits.
· Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit observations efficiently.
· Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents,



and financial disclosures.
· Ensure timely closure of audit requirements and regulatory filings. Real Estate Accounting:
· Account for project costs, land acquisitions, construction expenses, and project profitability.
· Monitor project-wise budgets and cost allocations.
· Track customer receivables, advances, retention money, and project cash flows. Job Position Manager
- Finance & Accounts Department Finance & Accounts Desired Qualification Chartered Accountant Experience 2-5 Years Job Location Vapi Investment Accounting:
· Accounting and valuation of investments, mutual funds, bonds, equity instruments, and group investments.
· Reconciliation of investment portfolios and income accounting.
· Preparation of MIS and investment performance reports. Taxation & Compliance:
· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
· Liaise with consultants and regulatory authorities as required. Treasury & Banking:
· Manage banking transactions, fund positioning, and payment controls.
· Assist in cash flow planning and working capital management. MIS & Business Support
· Prepare monthly MIS, management reports, and variance analysis.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning exercises.
· Provide analytical insights to management for decision-making. Technical

Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards / Ind AS.
· Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Experience with ERP systems
