Preferred, not mandatory Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage high-volume operational and sales-driven teams. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO operations, insurance, telesales, sales operations, or healthcare, with proven expertise in managing teams, processes, productivity, conversions, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of sales/customer-facing teams and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Lead and manage large teams through Team Leaders / Supervisors.
• -Drive sales conversions, productivity, quality, customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as lead response, conversion rate, productivity, attendance, quality scores and revenue achievement.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective action for underperforming teams.
• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, escalation matrices and performance-control mechanisms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Training, Quality and other departments for smooth operations.




• Ensure proper handling and closure of customer/patient queries and escalations.
• Analyse MIS and operational data to identify gaps and improve team performance.
• Drive training, coaching and development of Team Leaders and team members.
• Ensure process discipline, compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Work towards improving revenue, conversions and customer/patient satisfaction. Candidate Profile
• 10+ years of overall experience, preferably with significant experience in operations/team management.
• Strong background in BPO, Insurance, Telesales, Sales Operations or Healthcare Operations.
• Experience managing target-driven and high-volume teams.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion management and performance metrics.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills with valuable command over MIS, Excel and reporting.
• Ability to handle pressure, escalations and multiple operational priorities.
• Healthcare industry experience will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Candidates currently working as Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Sales Operations Manager, BPO Operations Manager, Contact Centre Manager or Customer Operations Manager would be relevant. CTC/Salary: Up to ₹85,000 per month, depending on experience and current compensation.
