Airoli, Navi Mumbai Employment Type: Work from Office Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and screening capabilities, positive understanding of IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements, experience levels, budgets, and hiring priorities.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, social media, networking, and internal databases.




• Screen candidates based on technical skills, relevant experience, communication, notice period, compensation, and career expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Manage offer discussions and support candidates through joining and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure timely profile submissions and follow-ups to achieve hiring targets and recruitment TAT.
• Stay updated on IT skills, emerging technologies, market trends, and talent availability.
