Implementation Specialist Operations Gurugram A day in the life of this role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Onboarding/Implementation Specialist, focusing on client onboarding and implementation for our cutting-edge SaaS platform designed to simplify and accelerate every aspect of fee collection and management. This role involves hands-on contributions to streamline the implementation process, solve complex client challenges, and ensure seamless delivery of Collexo’s solutions. Your expertise will directly support clients in leveraging Collexo’s powerful features to optimize cash flow management, automate collections, and gain financial visibility, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform. Responsibilities:
• Client Onboarding: Manage the complete implementation lifecycle, from understanding client requirements to configuring Collexo’s solutions, ensuring timely and effective onboarding.
• Tailored Implementation: Customize workflows, dashboards, and reporting features to meet client-specific fee management and collections needs.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product, tech and within Ops team, to resolve any issues and deliver seamless integrations.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical or operational challenges during onboarding, ensuring clients experience minimal disruptions and effective solutions.
• Platform Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Collexo’s features, updates, and roadmap to guide clients in adopting best practices.
• Performance Monitoring: Track implementation metrics, such as timelines, client feedback, and system adoption, ensuring measurable success.
• Documentation: Document client requirements,



configuration details, and key learnings to build a knowledge repository for future implementations. What we’re looking for:

Education:
Any Bachelor’s degree with a technical bent of mind.
• Domain Knowledge: 6 months+ of experience relevant experience, experience of fintech is plus
