Key Responsibilities
* Meet architects/interior designers (field visits mandatory)
* Present and demonstrate our automation products and solutions clearly
* Build strong relationships with architects, builders and clients
* Generate new leads through field marketing and networking
* Convert leads into sales and close deals effectively
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
* Coordinate with the installation and support team for smooth project execution




* Update daily activity reports (meetings, leads, closures) Daily KPI Expectations
* Minimum 2 architect meetings/day
* Lead generation and pipeline building
* Weekly deal closures target
* Consistent follow-up tracking Required Skills
* Strong communication and convincing skills
* Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
* Ability to explain technical products in simple terms
* Self-motivated and target-oriented
