• Shift: US Night Shift We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with 1–2 years of experience in SaaS sales and outbound lead generation. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of outbound Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting.
• Execute cold outreach campaigns through email, calls, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Build and manage multi-channel outreach cadences to generate qualified leads.
• Qualify prospects based on business requirements, interest, and potential fit.
• Schedule meetings and create qualified sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect information, outreach activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Track outreach performance and continuously improve lead generation strategies.




• Collaborate with the sales team to support pipeline development and revenue goals. Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, with mandatory SaaS industry experience.
• Strong understanding of outbound GTM strategies and B2B prospecting.
• Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and lead qualification.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
• Willingness to work from the office in Koramangala, Bangalore, during the US night shift.
• Must be comfortable arranging independent transportation, as cab facilities are not provided.
• Candidates based in Bangalore, preferably within a commutable distance of Koramangala, will be preferred. Important: SaaS sales experience is mandatory for this role.
