Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other channels.
• Connect with HR Heads, CHROs, and business decision-makers.
• Introduce and promote our HRAmps HRMS, Payroll, and Enterprise Software Solutions.
• Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to drive conversions.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines and activities in CRM.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets. Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales,



or Lead Generation.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
• Experience in SaaS, HRMS, IT, or software sales will be an advantage.
