Role & Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities at Shakuntal Alentia, Charholi, Pune.
• Manage and supervise a team of at least 10 site engineers.
• Ensure quality, timelines, productivity, and safety standards across construction activities.
• Have hands-on experience in Mivan formwork construction, including site execution and coordination.
• Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with consultants, and resolve site-level technical issues. AutoCAD working is a must.




• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress, material consumption, and execution schedules. Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project management.
• Must have worked on at least one project using Mivan construction technology.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
• Proven experience managing and supervising a team of 10 or more engineers.
• Strong understanding of construction quality, site execution, and project scheduling.
