About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team and support business development activities targeting the US market. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and build relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B customers in the US market through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate our company's services and solutions effectively.
- Conduct initial sales discussions and coordinate with internal teams to move opportunities forward.
- Maintain accurate lead, activity, and pipeline records in the CRM.
- Work towards defined sales targets, lead generation goals, and meeting-booking KPIs.




- Stay updated on industry trends, target accounts, and competitor activities in the US market. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and prospecting.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
