About the Role
Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for leadership and business growth? GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Manager – Inside Sales to lead our B2B sales team, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance sales culture. If you have strong team management skills and relevant experience in the Agri-Input industry, we would love to hear from you ?

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Drive B2B sales of pesticides, agrochemicals, crop protection products, and other agricultural inputs.
• Monitor daily calling, lead conversion, order booking, and revenue performance.
• Train and mentor team members to improve sales productivity and closing skills.
• Develop effective sales strategies to achieve monthly business targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and implement corrective action plans.




• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management. ✅ What We Are Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Team Management.
• Agri-Input industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience in pesticides, agrochemicals, crop protection, seeds, or fertilizers will be preferred.
• Proven ability to manage B2B sales teams and achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
