SVT Advisors | Ahmedabad Position: Project Coordinator & Sales (Follow up) (1.5+ Years Experience) >>

Responsibilities:
• Non Required Technical Developer
• Capture action points from client calls, sales calls, internal meetings, email threads & others
• Update and maintain the Task Board with clear owners and deadlines
• Follow up regularly with team members, clients and prospects until tasks are closed
• Ensure team tasks are allocated and progressing (macro management, not micro management)
• Communicate with prospects by call and email
• Schedule meetings between prospects and our experts for lead closure
• Share timely status updates and escalate delays to management >> Preferred

Skills:
• Excellent follow-up discipline and a "close the loop" mindset
• Knowledge of project management frameworks (PMI, Agile, RACI)




• Experience with task tools (Zoho People, Project management app, Tasks, Clickup)
• Strong sales support and client communication skills.
• Well organized, proactive and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Positive command of Excel, email and calendar tools >> Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in project coordination, sales coordination or operations follow-up.
