Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Officer role based in Jhajjar. The Export Officer will manage end-to-end export operations, including preparing and reviewing export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The role involves monitoring shipments, maintaining accurate export records, and liaising with internal teams such as sales, finance, and warehousing to support timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. The Export Officer will support import-export activities as required, assist in resolving operational issues,



and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness in international business. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Export Documentation and Export operations to manage shipping paperwork, compliance, and record-keeping.
• Candidates should possess skills in International Business and Import Export to handle global trade practices, regulations, and cross-border coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and customer coordination to support export-related sales activities, order processing, and client communication.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, logistics, or a related field; postgraduate or specialized certification in international trade is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of export regulations, Incoterms, customs procedures, and trade compliance; experience with ERP or export management systems is preferred.
• Solid analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or consumer electronics export operations will be considered an added benefit.
