We’re looking for an Accounts Head who is organised, detail-oriented and dependable — someone who takes ownership of the numbers and helps keep our growing business financially disciplined. This is an opportunity to work closely with management and play an key role in building structured, transparent and efficient financial operations. What you’ll be doing
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial documentation.
• Managing accounts payable, receivables, vendor payments and bank reconciliations.
• Maintaining accurate records of revenue, expenses, cash flow and outstanding payments.
• Preparing monthly financial statements, MIS reports and business performance summaries.
• Monitoring operating expenses, cost control and profitability across our café operations.
• Coordinating GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audits with the relevant professionals.
• Ensuring that accounts are updated on time and financial records are always organised and accessible.
• Working closely with management to identify discrepancies, improve processes and maintain financial discipline. Who we’re looking for
• Relevant experience in accounting and financial management.




• Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally and advanced Excel.
• A systematic, analytical and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Someone who values accuracy, confidentiality and accountability.
• A proactive individual who identifies problems and takes responsibility for resolving them.
• Strong organisational skills, punctuality and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• A team player who communicates clearly and works collaboratively with management and operations.
