Key Responsibilities
*Identify and access the training needs of the organization. *Develop individual and group training programs for the associates that address specific operation needs *Develop training manuals that target tangible results. *Implement effective and purposeful training methods *Need to ensure that training is meeting current operation needs *Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, management and client *Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based for different specialties for freshers and different curriculum for laterals *Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training. *Plan & monitor Training initiatives to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of tracks.
