Role Description The Delivery Executive (Affiliate) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of affiliate marketing campaigns. This role involves managing day-to-day communication with affiliate partners, coordinating campaign launches, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables. The Delivery Executive will track and analyze campaign metrics, optimize placements and budgets, and work closely with internal sales, account management, and program management teams to meet client objectives. The role includes handling operational issues, maintaining accurate documentation,



and supporting continuous improvement in service delivery processes. Qualifications
• Strong Service Delivery skills with a focus on reliability, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Experience in Program Management, coordinating multiple campaigns or initiatives simultaneously.
• Background in Consulting, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend effective affiliate strategies.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting campaign activities.
• Sales awareness or experience, with the ability to support revenue growth and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Comfort with digital advertising or affiliate marketing platforms and basic performance analytics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
