About the role
Optiminastic is building Signalor.ai, one of India’s emerging AI visibility platforms for brands, agencies, and growth teams. As search evolves beyond Google, brands are increasingly competing for visibility inside AI engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, where customers seek recommendations, solutions, and trusted companies. Signalor.ai helps brands track, understand, and improve their presence in AI-generated answers. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who combines strong SEO expertise, strategic thinking, customer ownership, and leadership skills to help clients succeed in this new era of AI search. In this role, you will work closely with brands and agencies to interpret GEO insights, identify growth opportunities, and turn data into actionable strategies. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer workflows and drive measurable organic growth outcomes. This is more than a traditional account management role. You will act as a trusted growth partner, helping customers win visibility in AI search while contributing to the growth of Signalor.ai as a globally competitive product built from India.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings,



and conversions.
• Conduct keyword research, content planning, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor website performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance research, content workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities to drive sustainable organic growth across digital properties. What we're looking for
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in using ChatGPT and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Robust verbal and written English communication skills.
• Prior experience leading or managing a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while taking ownership of outcomes.
