About the role
Bestvantage Investments is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Podcast Editor to transform raw recordings into engaging, high-quality podcast videos and social media content. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of video editing, storytelling, audio quality, and digital content trends.

Key Responsibilities
• Edit podcast recordings into polished, engaging video and audio content.
• Create short-form clips, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn videos from long-form podcasts.
• Ensure transparent audio, smooth transitions, appropriate pacing, and consistent video quality.
• Add subtitles, captions, graphics, branding elements, and background music where required.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team to develop engaging content for digital platforms.
• Organise raw footage, manage project files, and ensure timely delivery of edited content.
• Stay updated with podcast formats,



video editing trends, and social media content practices.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of audio editing, colour correction, subtitles, and video formatting.
• Ability to create engaging short-form content from long-form recordings.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
