About the Role
We’re looking for a technically solid, passionate EV Trainer to deliver classroom and hands-on practical training in Electric Vehicle technologies at our Andhra Pradesh centre. You’ll build job-ready skills in students and working professionals and prepare them for careers in the EV industry. This role suits someone who is as comfortable at the whiteboard as at the workbench.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver classroom and practical training on Electric Vehicle technologies
• Conduct hands-on sessions on EV components, batteries, motors, controllers, charging systems, diagnostics and servicing
• Develop lesson plans, training presentations, assessments and practical assignments
• Ensure strict adherence to EV safety practices during all practical sessions
• Evaluate trainees through theory tests and practical assessments
• Mentor learners for technical interviews and industry readiness
• Maintain the laboratory, tools, equipment and inventory
• Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to achieve training outcomes Technical Knowledge Required
• EV Fundamentals: EV architecture, electric powertrain and drivetrain, EV types, safety standards
• Battery Technology: Li-ion (LFP, NMC), pack architecture, BMS, cell balancing,



testing and troubleshooting
• Motors & Controllers: BLDC, PMSM, induction motors, controller configuration, integration and diagnostics
• Electrical & Electronics: wiring harnesses, schematics, DC-DC converters, onboard chargers, relays, contactors, fuses, multimeter testing
• Service & Diagnostics: preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, component replacement, diagnostic tools, basic CAN
• Charging: AC and DC charging systems, standards and connectors, charging safety and fault diagnosis
• Practical

Skills:
battery pack servicing, motor and controller installation, vehicle inspection and commissioning on electric 2W and 4W Qualifications
• Diploma / B.
Tech / B.
E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile Engineering or a related discipline
• 1 to 5 years in EV service, manufacturing, technical training or the automotive industry
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu (all mandatory)
• Preferred: prior teaching or training experience, hands-on 2W/4W EV experience, and willingness to travel within Andhra Pradesh Compensation & Benefits
• CTC up to ₹5 LPA, during the initial training and probation period: ₹10,000 per month
• On successful completion: annual CTC up to ₹5 LPA, based on experience, skills and performance
• Performance-based growth with an annual appraisal every April
• Continuous learning and exposure to the latest EV technologies and training infrastructure
