Calicut, Kerala Employment Type: Full-time Joining: Immediate Job SummaryBEAT Education is looking for an experienced Placement Manager with strong hands-on experience in student placements, employer coordination, and recruitment activities. The candidate should have a proven ability to connect students with job opportunities and achieve placement targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end placement activities for students and trainees.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR teams, and recruiters.
• Identify job openings and coordinate suitable opportunities for students.
• Organize placement drives, interviews, and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with employers to understand hiring requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Track student placement progress and ensure placement targets are achieved.
• Guide students in resume preparation, interview preparation, and job applications.




• Maintain placement databases, employer contacts, and placement reports.
• Follow up with companies regarding interview results, selections, and joining status.
• Submit regular placement performance reports to management. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, primarily in placement management or student placement activities.
• Proven experience in coordinating interviews, connecting with employers, and securing job opportunities for students.
• Solid network with companies, recruiters, and HR professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to achieve placement targets and manage multiple placement activities. Preference: Candidates with strong, hands-on placement experience in educational institutions, training centres, or skill development organizations.
