Working hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Role Owns the test strategy, automation framework and release quality for the ERP; leads QA across squads; coordinates UAT with client users; signs off releases. Must-have skills
· Test strategy: risk-based testing, test pyramid, shift-left, entry / exit criteria, traceability (Jira + Xray / Zephyr)
· UI automation: Playwright (TypeScript / Python) or Selenium (Java / Python), Page Object / Screenplay, parallel runs, Allure
· API automation: REST-Assured / Playwright API / pytest + requests / Postman + Newman; OpenAPI schema validation; Pact
· Kafka-driven flow testing (Testcontainers); database verification with SQL on PostgreSQL
· Performance testing: k6 / JMeter / Gatling, peak-load workload modelling, Grafana analysis
· Security testing basics (OWASP ZAP; authentication / authorisation tests)
· AI in QA: AI-assisted test generation with verification; testing LLM features (prompt regression, hallucination, safety)




· CI integration (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI), quality gates, test environments on Kubernetes, test-data masking
· Accessibility (axe / WCAG 2.2), cross-browser / mobile testing, Malayalam-content testing; defect metrics and release sign-off Good to have Chaos / resilience testing; ERP / finance-module testing; mobile automation (Appium). Interview – In person only

· Process: offline test, technical interview and walkthrough of your own work – same day. Test-strategy case for a given module; automation scripting test (Playwright / REST-Assured / pytest) on your own laptop; walkthrough of a framework you built.
· Bring your own laptop (16 GB RAM, SSD, with tools for your track installed)
