Scorgemi Scientific Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive IVD sales across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of IVD instruments, reagents and laboratory consumables.
• Develop business with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, pathology labs and distributors.
• Appoint and manage distributors/channel partners across Rajasthan.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Achieve sales targets and develop recent business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with pathologists, laboratory heads, procurement teams and key customers.
• Monitor competition, market trends and customer requirements. Required Experience
• 3–6 years of relevant sales experience in IVD, Diagnostics, Medical Devices or Laboratory Equipment.
• Experience with Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, diagnostic reagents or laboratory consumables will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Rajasthan healthcare/diagnostic market.
• Existing network of hospitals, laboratories and distributors will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
• Willingness to travel across Rajasthan.
