Senior Manager – SEO Immediate Joiner Preferred Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead and develop SEO & ASO strategies aligned with client objectives and business goals.
• Own SEO strategy and performance across multiple client accounts, driving organic visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Lead Technical SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, Content SEO, AEO and GEO initiatives.
• Conduct technical audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, and other technical issues.
• Oversee keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Drive AEO/GEO strategies to improve brand visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
• Manage and mentor the SEO team, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and continuous development.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, leading strategy discussions, performance reviews, presentations, and escalations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to client pitches, proposals, and new business presentations.
• Collaborate with content, development, design, paid media, and other teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Monitor performance through GA4, GSC, SEMrush,



Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and relevant ASO tools, providing actionable insights.
• Stay updated with search algorithms, AI search developments, app store updates, and emerging industry trends. Required Skills
• 6 years of experience in SEO/ASO, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content SEO, AEO, and GEO.
• Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, rendering, schema, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and structured data.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and relevant ASO tools.
• Proven experience in team management, client coordination, strategy presentations, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in client pitching, proposal development, and new business presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and teams in a quick-paced agency environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO/ASO trends, Google algorithm updates, AI search, and evolving search behaviour.
