Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hardware and Networking role based in Cuttack. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment across office and site locations. The professional will diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues, perform routine system checks, and ensure optimal performance and uptime for critical business systems. Responsibilities include supporting users with hardware-related queries, coordinating with vendors for repairs or upgrades,



and documenting configurations, maintenance activities, and incident resolutions. The role also requires adherence to safety, security, and data protection standards while collaborating with IT and operations teams to plan hardware expansions and infrastructure improvements. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Computer Hardware and general Hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Development and Circuit Design for configuring, testing, and optimizing hardware components.
• Candidates should possess skills in Hardware Architecture to design, plan, and implement efficient hardware and networking setups.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, cabling, IP addressing) and basic network security practices.
• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or a related field; relevant technical certifications (e.g., A+, Network+) are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in industrial environments, manage multiple tasks, and respond promptly to hardware and network incidents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in large-scale or industrial IT infrastructure environments, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or logistics, is beneficial.
