Role Description The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that promote YouthCamping.in’s group travel experiences and strengthen brand visibility. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotions, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to support trip bookings. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing activities, engaging with the travel community, and collecting customer feedback to improve offerings.



This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and direct involvement in local marketing initiatives. Qualifications
• Robust communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer groups.
• Proficiency in market research and analyzing customer trends to inform marketing decisions.
• Experience in sales and customer service to support lead generation and conversion.
• Ability to design and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing is an advantage.
