Experience:
8-12+ Years Role Summary The Microsoft Entra ID L3 Engineer will serve as the technical lead and escalation point for Microsoft identity and access management services. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise-scale identity solutions across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments. The candidate will drive complex troubleshooting, automation, security enhancements, governance initiatives, and support critical business applications integrated with Entra ID.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
• Act as L3 escalation point for critical incidents, major outages, and complex identity issues.
• Own root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, application teams, and security stakeholders.
• Mentor L1/L2 engineers and provide technical guidance. Microsoft Entra ID Administration
• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Entra ID services.
• Manage hybrid identity environments using Entra Connect/Azure AD Connect.
• Design authentication and authorization solutions for cloud and on-premises applications.
• Implement identity governance and Zero Trust security controls.

• Troubleshoot complex SSO and federation issues. Automation & Engineering
