The Account Head will oversee the finance and accounts function, including preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgeting, and cost monitoring. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, coordinating audits, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves account management for key stakeholders, monitoring receivables and payables, and optimizing cash flow.



The Account Head will lead and mentor the accounts team, implement process improvements, and collaborate with management to support strategic and operational decisions. Qualifications
• Strong finance and accounting foundation, including expertise in Finance and Financial Statements, with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Management, including handling ledgers, reconciliations, and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Proven Team Management skills, with experience leading and developing an accounts or finance team.
• Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, and strong MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of applicable tax laws, statutory compliances, and audit practices in manufacturing or packaging industries is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented and integrity-driven approach.
