Role Description The Sr. Food Beverage Controller is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage cost control activities across Aldovia’s dining outlets and banqueting operations. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves monitoring daily F&B; consumption, verifying purchase orders and inventory levels, and ensuring accurate cost allocation for menus, events, and promotions. The role includes preparing cost reports, analyzing variances, and collaborating closely with culinary, service, and finance teams to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.



The Sr. Food Beverage Controller will also review and validate menu costing, support budgeting and forecasting for F&B;, and implement internal controls and procedures that align with the resort’s operational and brand objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Cost Control and Menu Costing skills, with experience managing food and beverage costs for high-volume hospitality operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret data, identify trends, and support pricing and profitability decisions.
• Candidates should possess proven Accounting skills, including experience with reconciliations, stock control, and F&B-related; financial documentation.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant F&B; and accounting software, along with advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field, and prior experience in a senior F&B; control role is preferred.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial data, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
