Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective students and parents to explain our courses and academic programmes.
• Handle admission enquiries and provide relevant course information.
• Follow up with prospective students and support admission conversions.
• Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
• Maintain enquiry records and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Work towards assigned calling and admission targets. ? Who Can Apply?
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Positive communication skills in Malayalam and English are essential.
• Hindi proficiency will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and a positive, target-oriented attitude are required.
