About the Role
Reliable Realties is looking for a skilled, professional, and well-presented Site Engineer with prior real estate construction experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, a sophisticated personality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and senior management. Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, quality standards, and construction timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
• Ensure proper execution of civil works, including shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing.
• Maintain daily site progress reports, material records, and labour attendance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with senior management and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and materials to minimize delays and wastage. Qualifications
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate construction is mandatory.
• Candidates from non-real-estate backgrounds will not be considered. Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are mandatory.

• Salary Budget: ₹40,000–₹45,000 per month + Incentives
