Job Description
ClimbX Global is looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns to improve results and reduce advertising costs.
- Conduct audience research, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign insights and prepare performance reports.




- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and advertising strategies. Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Robust understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and optimization.
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and reporting.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet performance goals.
