Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Associate will support daily manufacturing and operational activities, including monitoring production processes, handling materials, and assisting in quality checks for rubber automotive sealing systems. Responsibilities may include maintaining production records, coordinating with supervisors and team members, and following safety and compliance procedures. The role involves working on the shop floor, adhering to standard operating procedures,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and quality standards. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of manufacturing or industrial operations, preferably in automotive or rubber components.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control practices.
• Basic data entry and record-keeping skills for tracking production and inventory.
• Robust teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills for coordinating with supervisors and colleagues.
• Willingness to work on-site in a factory environment, with flexibility for shift-based work if required.
• Minimum educational qualification such as a diploma, ITI, or relevant technical certification; a degree in engineering or industrial disciplines is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to learning and following instructions.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or automotive components production is beneficial but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
